Kien-Hui Lian, born in Malacca, Malaysia, is a graduate from Shih Hsin University and Taipei National University of the Arts, Department of Filmmaking (MFA). In 2011, he once participated in the 3rd Golden Horse Film Academy, founded by Director Hsiao-Shien Hou, and was ranked as the best screenwriter and director in the Golden Harvest Awards in 2016. 練健輝，馬來西亞馬六甲人。畢業於世新大學廣播電視電影學系，目前就讀於國立臺北藝術大學電影創作學系碩士班。於2011年參與由侯孝賢導演創辦之第3屆金馬電影電影學院，並於2016年獲得金穗獎學生組個人單項獎之最佳編導獎。
